Monitoring & Evaluation and Reporting for gender equality

Collect, document and visually capture where possible, participation and experiences of women and men whose lives are impacted by UNDP programmes or projects.

Do not wait until the scheduled reporting time. Monitoring is a constant activity during the lifetime of programmes or projects.

Watch out for both quantitative and qualitative information. Data collected must be gender-disaggregated.

Pay particular attention to showcase gender champions and stereotype-free gender roles.

Use the data and materials collected throughout the implementation phase to report on gender–related transformative changes achieved.
